This certified U.S. Choice Black Angus is truly the finest beef available. Aged to perfection.

Filet Mignon (Approximately 7 oz.)
Tender center cut of beef.

New York Striploin (Approximately 10 oz.)
A succulent center cut striploin.

Rib-Eye Steak (One Pound)
Certified U.S. choice Black Angus beef.

All of the above are served with sauteed mushrooms, vegetables, choice of potato and bread.

Surf and Turf
A 10 oz. New York Striploin served with a broiled lobster tail.

Baby Backribs
These delightful ribs are first baked and then broiled to maximize their flavour.

Beef Ribs
These huge ribs are right off the Prime Rib roast.

Liver Lyonnaise
Milk fed calf liver, grilled with seasoned breadcrumbs and then smothered with sauteed onions.
